Pulse Design Group associates gathered for an internal Power Up event, a pivotal moment in the continued evolution of our firm. The event marked the official launch of a revised support team structure, intentionally designed to put our people first by enhancing career development, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and providing greater clarity in roles and growth pathways. Through engaging conversations and a shared vision for the future (plus a little arcade fun), we came together to invest in what matters most: our people.
