Equipment Planning Project Manager

Position Description
Pulse Design Group is seeking a Project Manager for our Medical Equipment Planning Department. The ideal candidate should have 5-7 years of experience in project management with proven success in medical equipment planning, clinical background, or related experience. As a Project Manager, the individual will develop medical equipment plans, specifications, and budgets, while managing multiple complex projects and coordinating all phases of assigned projects. They will serve as the primary client liaison while managing client budgets, schedules, and programs. This individual will also be responsible for modeling our Guiding Principles and tracking metrics relative to our vision of transforming healthcare design.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for coordinating with medical vendors, owners, end users, architects, engineers, and contractors throughout the project’s duration.
- Ability to conduct cost analysis and comparative studies regarding equipment to recommend effective systems to meet owner’s needs, project timelines, and budgets.
- Has full responsibility for managing and/or providing knowledgeable responses to medical equipment-specific issues as they arise.
- Serves as the primary client liaison to bring the schedule, budgets, and scope of work to completion and to the client's satisfaction.
- Actively manages client budgets, schedules, and programs; project communications and documentation; office administrative tasks; and project team assignments.
Qualifications:
- Five to seven years of project management with proven success in medical equipment planning, clinical background, or related experience.
- Highly organized, task-driven, and able to meet multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project proficiency
- Ability to travel if needed
Additional qualifications that are a plus include:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Knowledge of CAD/Revit
- Knowledge of Bluebeam Studio
